¡Ya salieron los nominados de los Oscar 2018!

El Drama ‘The Shape of Water’ dirigido por Guillermo del Toro, encabeza las nominaciones para los Oscar de este año.

La película fantástica basada en la era de la Guerra Fría, la cual está protagonizada por Sally Hawkins con el papel de una limpiadora muda que se enamora de una criatura marina, ha obtenido 13 nominaciones, entre ellas Mejor Película, Mejor Director para Del Toro y Mejor Actriz para Hawkins.

La película realizada por el mexicano no quedó tan lejos de su competencia en nominaciones, pues está enfrentándose en las nominaciones con ‘Dunkirk’,  de Christopher Nolan y ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’, de Martin McDonagh. Esta última recibió la mayor cantidad de premios en los Golden Globles de este mes.

En total, hubo nueve películas nominadas a la mejor película, con Call Me By Your Name, Lady Bird, Darkest Hour, Get Out, Phantom Thread y The Post completando la lista.

La novena edición de los premios de La Academia se llevarán a cabo el 4 de marzo en el Dolby Theater de Los Ángeles. Dicha ceremonia, contará como anfitrión con el humorista Jimmy Kimmel, comediante que también fue el encargado de la edición pasada.
